Health Care Benefits – US Employees

Income Protection Benefits

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. offers partial continuation of income to protect our employees financially should they become injured or ill and are unable to work. Our disability benefits include:

Life Insurance

Up to three (3) times the employee's base salary is provided to surviving beneficiaries in case of death of the employee. This plan also provides Dismemberment Insurance and increased coverage for accidental death. Employees also have the option of purchasing supplemental life insurance for themselves, their spouse and/or their children.
